What is a crease dent on a car?
A sharp crease is worse than a round dent. A round dent is metal pushed in, and it can be pushed back. A crease is metal folded, and folding stretches it. Stretched metal is hard to get back cleanly without filling.
What kind of repair does it need?
Conventional repair. The crease is worked out as far as it will go, filled level, then primed, colour matched and painted. It takes longer than a round dent of the same size.
The metal is worked back into shape, filled and sanded flat. Then it is primed and painted. Most of the work is the shaping.
What to do next
Go to a panel shop, and get two quotes. If someone offers paintless repair on a sharp crease, ask what it will look like when finished. If the panel is aluminium, say so when you book.

A shallow dent spreads force over a wider area, so the metal and paint often stay within their flexible range.
