What causes bubbles in a vinyl wrap?
Bubbles are air or moisture trapped when it was fitted. Creases are film that was stretched badly. Neither is damage to your car. Small bubbles in new film often settle out on their own within a few days.
What kind of repair does it need?
Small bubbles can be pricked and pressed flat by an installer. Creases and big bubbles mean that section of film is taken off and refitted, because a stretched crease will not go back.
Caught early, with the surface clean underneath, an installer lays the edge back down. That is a small job. Once dirt or water gets well in, or a crease has stretched the film, that section is replaced.
What to do next
This is an installation fault, not wear. Go back to whoever wrapped it and ask them to fix it. If the wrap is only weeks old, give it a couple of weeks in the sun first.
