What is a scuff on a vinyl wrap?
The wrap did its job. Vinyl sits over your paint, so a scuff that has not cut through the film has not touched your paint. Your paint is in the same condition as the day it was wrapped.
What kind of repair does it need?
Maybe nothing. A heat gun can bring back gloss where wrap film has gone hazy. Scratch marks may not come out of the film. If gentle warmth does not fix it, that panel of film is replaced, not the whole car.

What to do next
Ask the installer who wrapped it. They may have film left from your batch, and film colour can vary between batches. A panel from a different batch can look different, which is a bigger problem than the scuff.
